CA Rajasekhara Reddy Avuluri FCA Mr. Rajashekar is Partner of N D KUMAR & CO and heads the Audit and Advisory division of the firm.
Mr. Rajasekhara Reddy Avuluri is a fellow member of Institute of chartered accountants of India with 10 years standing in the Profession. He is co-founder and partner of M/S N D KUMAR & CO , Chartered accountants and leads the audit & Advisory division. He has very good exposure in Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation and advisory matters.
His main areas of work include Internal audits, Statutory audits, Incorporation of entities, Support & Advisory on regulatory compliances in the areas of Accounting, Income Tax, Goods & Service Tax and Secretarial Matters, Project Financing etc.

CA N. D. Kumar B.com, FCA, ACS Mr. Kumar is Partner of N D KUMAR & CO and heads Indirect Taxes and Secretarial division of the Firm.
A Fellow member of the ICAI, with an experience of more than 10 years in areas of erstwhile Indirect taxes and GST. Accompanying the certificate for completion of Indirect taxation course conducted by ICAI and certification course on GST, Kumar has remarkable experience in Indirect tax matters of Infrastructure, Hospitality, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Retail trading, Pharma, Education, E- Commerce sectors whereby he served many corporates in India as well as their entities overseas. He also takes care of SEZ/STPI registration of units, Developer/Co-Developer and regular compliance of SEZ/STPI units.
Holding additional degree with ICSI, Kumar deals with various ROC works including incorporation of companies, ROC filings, XBRL Filing, maintenance of all secretarial records etc apart from regular registration activities like IEC, Firm registration, Provident Fund, ESI, Professional tax, labour registration and advisory on startup services.
Kumar has contributed to multifarious opinions involving in-depth knowledge in Indirect in GST matters and judicial interpretations.

CA P Sriram B.com, FCA, ACMA Mr. Sriram is Partner of DVAK and leads Project Finance and Valuation division of the Firm.
A Fellow member of ICAI, with an experience of more than 10 years in areas of Project Finance, Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate restructuring. Sriram has wide exposure in facilitating debt finance to corporates at the startup stage, working capital needs, term loans etc. He has undertaken project finance proposals, preparation of DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) across heterogeneous sectors including Infrastructure, Pharma, Manufacturing, Research, IT/ITES etc.
Sriram is specialized in Valuations, Mergers and Acquisition, Capital Reduction related activities which he garnered by handling various corporate clients from Pharma, Education, IT, ITES, Infrastructure sectors including listed companies.
Sriram is also a "certified valuer" as per IBBI and involved in valuation of various business entities viz, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Health care sector etc.

CA Aswini Vemana B.Com., FCA Mrs. Aswini is the Senior Partner of N D Kumar & Co., and heads Audit wing of the firm.
A Fellow member of the ICAI with 10 plus years’ experience in the areas of Internal Audit, Statutory audit, Concurrent Audits, VCFO and Due diligences. Her in-depth analytical skills always have added value to the clients Risk assessment. Risk identification, mitigating risks and ensuring resilience against potential challenges by designing and implementing controls custom made for the client business is her expertise. She has commendable presentation skill set which makes the output clear concise yet strategic, qualitative and solution driven.
On the other hand, Aswini has vast experience in International Audit standards, USGAAP compliances, Sarbanes Oxley Act (SoX) audit, COSO, COBIT audits. Her global audit exposure in Manufacturing companies, Health care service providers, Pharmaceutical companies, gaming and entertainment has been an added asset to the firm’s professional growth. She consistently challenges us to raise the bar, encouraging continuous improvement and adaptation to changing market dynamics.

CA Surendra Tirumareddi ACA Surendra Tirumareddi is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Transfer Pricing, Income Tax, Indirect Tax matters and Virtual CFO operations. His expertise spans managing complex transfer pricing frameworks for major IT companies in India, ensuring adherence to regulations while optimizing strategies for financial efficiency. Surendra also excels in providing comprehensive advisory services in Income Tax and Indirect Tax domains.
Surendra is particularly adept at offering Virtual CFO services, guiding businesses through strategic financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes. He has a proven track record in assisting clients with GST refunds and effectively representing them before tax authorities.
